Central and Secure Stay

city center friendly staff
The location was perfect for exploring the city center (loved the proximity to everything!). Security measures at the hotel were great. It felt okay all time returning late at night. The staff was friendly. They were always happy to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room overlooked the main street, but it remained quiet with the windows closed.
the hot water was difficult to control in the shower. It made showering uncomfortable because it was either too hot or too cold, with no in-between.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel provides free coffee in reception, a great little touch as they come and go. The reception area is well-kept and inviting, a perfect space for short meetings or just a relaxing break. I observed multiple comfortable seating areas located throughout the lobby.
Dining
9/10
Though the hotel itself does not have a restaurant, the area has many options. Supermarket is nearby so I could purchase groceries (the mini kitchen in the room was very handy!). Guests are close to main attractions and shopping.
Rooms
10/10
The studio apartment was spotlessly clean, something I appreciate. The room provided every facility needed, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and hob. I noted air conditioning worked well to maintain a pleasant temperature.

mixed experience, some issues detracted from the stay

unpleasant odor rude receptionist
the location was quite convenient.
The receptionist wasn't very kind at check in. She seemed to assume i was a foreigner and insisted on seeing my passport? the toilet also smelled bad. there was a lingering pee odor i found very unpleasant.

The location is genuinely perfect. The railway station, shops, and restaurants are all very close. The staff were also VERY helpful and happy to assist.
Check-in was A nightmare! It took about one hour to get into the room, from what i gathered everyone is given the same check-in time. The key card didn't work so i had to wait again.

Really good stay in the city center

roomy apartment clean apartment
The apartment was roomy and very clean. I found a washing machine and a dryer inside, convenient. The apartment included a sofa and a microwave for preparing meals.
Check-in took longer than expected. I waited about one hour to get into the room. It would have been better with more staff at the reception desk during peak hours.
Service

The reception staff were friendly and helpful . They answered all my questions and provided useful information about local attractions. I appreciate their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any requests.
Rooms
9/10
The room was spacious enough, offering plenty of space for luggage and movement. It featured a comfortable bed and modern furnishings. I found the room amenities to be of HIGH quality.
Dining

I prepared breakfast in the room using the available kitchen facilities. There were many restaurants and pubs around the corner from the hotel. The location offers easy access to several dining options.
Location

laundry facilities helpful staff room service air conditioning
The location allowed easy access to the train station. I found the free laundry facilities a great bonus. The staff at check-in proved courteous and helpful. I appreciated the kitchenette. It was a good addition.
My room was not cleaned daily. There was no room service available. I found no free water provided. The air conditioning in my one-room apartment was not functional . The technician came to examine it, but the problem remained unresolved.
